I got myself these about 2 months ago and now eventually have some time on the weekend to set up them. I borrowed a wet saw to do the straight cuts although not yes how to proceed across the outlets. I'm able to cut round the entire dish but I think that seems ugly. The plate over the top appearance better but as you can plainly see the outer lining is not level. A number of the stone stands apart at random heights therefore the plate wont stay level.

And so I'm looking at techniques I'm able to repeat this therefore the dish sits level and will not leave gaps contrary to the uneven rock.

Is it possible to cut the tile and so the face plate sits flush using tile vs getting the face plate take a seat on the top of tile? Then discover a face plate that closely suits the tile color, perhaps a more bronze one, so it blends in better?

On regular size tile, a hand grinder with a 4 inch diamond wheel would work however your tiles are small therefore use a dremel with diamond wheel. Dry cut works closely with those, also. Appears like this .
